Favorite Family Recipes

Artichoke Chicken

Ingredients:


2 (15 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1-1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 pinches garlic pepper
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into smaller chunks

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic pepper.
  3. Place chicken in a greased baking dish and cover evenly with artichoke mixture.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 30-45 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the middle and juices run clear.
Serve with buttered noodles or rice. Yum!
